Problem: How do I create an account on the App?

Answer: Make sure all the fields are inputted correctly and try again.

            Problem: App doesn't take my password when I try to create an account.

Answer: Your password must be up to 5 characters and must contain alphabet and number.

                 Problem: I subscribed to the App using the Apple subscription, but I still don’t have access to the simplified rules.

Answer: Close the App and open it again while you have internet connection. If the problem persists, reach out to Apple to lodge a complaint.

               Problem: I subscribed to the BRIBAW App 2.0 using Google Pay, but I still don’t have access to the simplified rules.  App is still asking for subscription.

Answer: Close the App, and then open the app. If the problem persists, reach out to Google and lodge a complaint. 

Or send us an email containing the subscription email you received from Google. This helps us track down your subscription.

              Problem: I subscribed to the BRIBAW App 2.0 using PayPal, but I still don’t have access to the simplified rules. The App is still asking for a subscription.

Answer: Close the App, and then open the app. If the problem persists, send us the debit email you received from PayPal.

Answer: Push the ‘Forgot Password’ button, and reset your password.

                   Problem: Do I need to create an account before having access to the App resources?

Answer: No, once you have an active subscription, you don’t need to create an account.

Answer: Use the ‘Talk to Jim’ feature on the App to make enquiries or to discuss any issues.
