Issue 1. I can't login to the app, after I paid for a subscription. 

Answer: You still need to register with Baseball Rules in Black and White Inc. by doing the following:   

1. Click on signup. 2. Enter information. 3. Upload your image. 4. Click on Register

            Issue 2. App doesn't take my password when I try to create an account.

Answer: Before you enter a password , you must have an updated 2.0 version of the app . The password must have 5 characters and a number.

                 Issue 3. I subscribed to the App using the Apple subscription, but I still don’t have access to the simplified rules.

Answer: Close the App and open it again while you have internet connection. If the problem persists, reach out to Apple to lodge a complaint.

               Issue 4. I subscribed to the BRIBAW App 2.0 using Google Pay, but I still don’t have access to the simplified rules.  App is still asking for subscription.

Answer: Close the App, and then open the app. If the problem persists, reach out to Google and lodge a complaint. 

Or send us an email containing the subscription email you received from Google. This helps us track down your subscription.

              Issue 5. I subscribed to the BRIBAW App 2.0 using PayPal, but I still don’t have access to the simplified rules. The App is still asking for a subscription.

Answer: Close the App, and then open the app. If the problem persists, send us the debit email you received from PayPal.

Issue 6. Forgot your password?

Answer: Push the ‘Forgot Password’ button, and reset your password.
